I just want to mention that this is fanfiction, for anyone who stumbles upon it and thinks I'm stalking Benedict Cumberbatch and staging terrorist attacks. !-)

Tweet Tweet Boom

By lunch's conclusion, I'd sent them both the video and they'd both replied with the extreme to which they were exploding. I'd trudged to chemistry with a mixture of light-headedness and terror - I had a test, before realising that the chemistry teacher was off and my maths teacher had the 'Please take', which made the whole enterprise far less intimidating. My chemistry teacher could have been a decent female Moriarty, while my maths teacher was a young, male Mrs. Hudson.
The test zipped by - I won't bore you with that - and I left the class in no great hurry, until I spotted Benedict at the end of the hallway, furiosly typing something into his phone. I turned left, for once not minding that the school's one way system sent me in the opposite direction to my next classroom. I stood slightly on tiptoe to peer over the top of his phone.
 "You have Twitter?" I asked.
"As of today. The account is @ben1976 (the year I was born) and my username is BennyBoy. I don't have that little bird that says I'm really me. The only people I've told are Shannen, Eliza and now you. Everyone else just thinks I'm a fangirl obsessed with ... well ... me."
 "So you've been tweeting them?"
"Yeah, I'm trying to organize when I'm going to bring them together. I was wondering if, if your parents are still on holiday, we could use your house?"
"Sure, but they'll be back by the end of the week."
"Would they mind us using it?"
"I doubt it, but we should probably ask."
 "Sure."

 BANG.

 "What the?" Ben muttered.

BANG BANG

"A gun?" he whispered, for a sheer quiet quite uncharacteristic for my school had ensued.

Then chaos. The first one appeared in the window at the Physics end of the corridor, about an Olympic swimming pool away. He was from somewhere with sun and he wore a red chequered bandana, with a khaki jacket over a white t-shirt. Before he began to threaten us all, I had time to admire his beard. Then I realised the shot had gone through the window.
Ben was tugging my sleeve amidst all the kids, which was sort of like pulling the leash of a dog that's just spotted a walking bag of IAMS, in that I flowed immediately and eagerly in the direction he was suggesting. We barged with my classmates as one through the double doors that led to P.E. There were already kids there pouring out like ants released from an antfarm. We followed them down the stairs and I tried to drag Ben out of a door at the side of the building but he didn't notice and got swept and away and I was all alone because nobody noticed me and I couldn't get back in because the doors were designed to only open from the inside and if the men saw me now I'd be dead and ... I was doomed.
